Delivery and time schedules
Delivery charges are a flat rate for deliveries anywhere in Australia.
International customers should pay close attention to the OzDance size charts when ordering shoes online as all postage associated with returns due to incorrect size choice, is to the buyers account.
If you are placing larger orders, you may qualify for discounted rates so please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote.
- Stocked Orders: Deliveries must be signed for unless prior arrangements have been made otherwise. You should normally receive your order in 2 to 5 working days but during holiday periods, please allow and extra day or two if your package hasn’t arrived.
- Non-Stocked Deliveries: You should receive your order within 3 to 4 weeks and we’ll do everything we can to keep this as short as possible because we know how much you want to show off your new look. If you need your shoes urgently and 3 to 4 weeks is still a little too long to wait, we're happy to go the extra mile and help you by organising express air-freight. All we would ask is that you pay for the cost of the air-freight.
We endeavour to keep our online stock system as accurate as possible. However, please bear in mind that there may be occasions where an item has gone out of stock in the time between you placing your order and your order being processed.
If an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, we will contact you to ask if you would like to wait for the next approximate delivery date which we will provide, choose an alternative or cancel.
If you have ordered multiple items, we can refund you for the item(s) out of stock if you wish and despatch the rest of your order.
All payments are processed when orders are placed. This includes orders for shoes in stock, shoes out of stock and customised shoes orders.
What can you return?
You may return any unused items in a re-saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days for orders that fall into these categories:
- Items are unworn and in the original packaging
- Items have any tags still attached
- Any faulty items

We request that you obtain proof of posting (either a Certificate of Posting or postage receipt). We cannot accept responsibility for returned lost parcels. Items returned postage unpaid may not be delivered.
When returning items for refund or exchange it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your cost unless there has been an error in your order. In the case of multiple returns, OzDance may or may not charge an administration fee which will be deducted from the applicable refund.
If you wish to return any items for refund you must inform us via email to email@example.com within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for original postage costs are not eligible on orders that have been partially returned. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.
Items purchased by OzDance customers located outside of Australia and/or items purchased under Stock Clearance sales regardless of location, can be returned with all postage being the responsibility of the buyer.
Without exception, any items returned for exchange can only be exchanged for items currently held in stock.

Our website may contain links to other 3rd party websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that 3rd party website, therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
If your delivery address is outside of Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Also note that unfortunately, we may have to wait up to 15 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to refund or replace items missing in transit.
OzDance Right to Refuse Order and Cancel Purchase
We reserve the right for whatever reason, to refuse any order or to cancel any purchase. Some of the situations in which we may do so are: (a) the product(s) is (are) not available and/or not in stock; (b) your billing information is not correct or not verifiable; (c) your payment is not confirmed/authorised by our automated payment confirmation service; (d) the displayed price of the product(s) was incorrect; or (e) we could not deliver at the address provided by you.
